The Aviemore Bunkhouse is a great base for Aviemore adventure, we often launch or land onto the River Spey on our River Kayak Touring trips, from the sandy beach opposite the bunkhouse.
But I have to say I find it hard to contain my excitement when telling you about the best bit about the Aviemore Bunkhouse, it is next door to the Old Bridge Inn.
The Old Bridge Inn is in my opinion the way every great pub should be, supprisingly exceptional food, great beers, friendly service and the most amazing sellection of great Bands playing live. The only thing that could improve it would be bands on everynight, but if you catch one you will know what i mean. Oh and of cause free beer, but now we are really dreaming.
Seriously this is the must visit pub in the highlands!
