Typical Itinerary

We started in Edinburgh, and our Scottish guide began by kitting everyone out in full highland outfits then it was off into town to impress the local Scots lasses with their kilts and so on. A variety of the best places to visit in Edinburgh, followed by the best places to eat and drink kicked off an amazing week.

Day 2 our luxury Mercedes tour bus fully stocked with quality highland snacks and refreshments picked up the group of 20 from Edinburgh for an off road driving safari of a highland estate, they all had a shot at driving the landrovers with instruction from qualified off road driving instructors, then it was off to the distillery for the full works tour. The highlands base we used was the Craigellachie hotel, famous for its whiskey bar, we organised a traditional Burns supper with local piper piping in the Haggis for a great evening.

Day 3 To Loch Ness to Cruise in search of Nessy and visit an ancient castle before actually getting into smaller boats and canoeing across the loch. Then canopies and champagne at the head of the Loch and a Clansman living show on how people lived ‚¬€œ food they ate. Demonstrations of Clan weaponry. Dress up man and woman in old Highland dress, re-live the life of Highlanders pre Culloden 1746. Then off to Inverness for a meal in the restaurant featured on Gordon Ramsays TV program, then live music in a traditional highland pub.

Day 4 Wash away any hang overs with a dip in a highland stream, yes wild and fun our Canyoning is a must do highland extreme sport (made safe and fun by the very best guides) followed after lunch by Quad Biking.

Day 5 Its paint ball time, in a ancient forest location battle in a highland Clan war. Before the coach took everyone back to Edinburgh for another great night out.
