Terms and conditions


We ask for a booking deposit of 25% (or alternatively for group bookings £200) at the time of booking and the balance a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the booking date. If less than 4 weeks away, please pay in full.


If individuals or people in a group cancel with less than 8 weeks notice and the place is not filled, we cannot offer a refund as we may have already made employment arrangements with staff. We do, at our discretion, offer vouchers for future activities to people, assuming the majority of the group are still participating on the original date booked.

It is possible to take out insurance against last minute cancellation for reasons such as illness and so on; we can offer advice on this if you ask us.

For individual bookings you confirm that you are physically fit for the activity or course chosen.


Full On Adventure may use your email address to send you information about our courses in the future but will never share those details with any third parties, please let us know if you’d rather not receive this information so that we can remove your details from the data base. Payment details are not kept.

For group bookings the main contact is responsible for communicating these conditions to all members of their group. For some activities we will also ask for information and acceptance of these conditions by all group members prior to taking part in the activity on the day.

All participants must agree:

  • The course may be hazardous by its nature and will contain a certain element of risk.
  • To abide by such regulations as Full On Adventure may consider advisable and Full On Adventure may change the program or activities for reasons of safety or any other reason Full on Adventure decides is necessary. The most likely reason for fullonadventure having to change the programmed activities is unsuitable weather conditions and as we cannot control that, we will offer alternative activities. When alternative activities are provided, they are provided at the same cost as the original activities booked inclusive of gear and instruction but excluding ski lift passes. In the event that an individual or group choose not to participate in the alternative activities offered, no refund will be given.


Payment may be made by all major credit and debit cards over the phone, or by using our pay-pal facility, or bank transfer to our account 09-01-50 04424336 ensuring you note your transfer with your name or even by mailing us one of those old fashioned paper things, a cheque, to Full On Adventure’ and enclosed with your booking form; sent to Full On Adventure, 24 Cairngorm Avenue, Aviemore, PH22 1RY, UK. Easiest you can email the completed booking form to us and pay by bank transfer to our account 09-01-50 04424336, ensure you note your transfer with your name.
