ACTIVITIES

TYPICAL ITINERARY

Plan to arrive in Fort William the night before your trip begins to enjoy some local beers whilst awaiting the morrow’s excitement.
DAY 1 - Ardnish Peninsula
We spend sometime getting used to the sea kayaks on Loch Ailort before exploring the secluded beaches of Ardnish. We get some help from the tide paddling with the flows.
In the evenings over a beer we help you to understand tidal planning which is a big part of you becoming a self sufficient sea kayaker.
DAY 2 - Magical Moidart
Castles on islands, wild mountain goats and seals popping up to say hello, make this a special place. We often paddle around Eilean Shona with stunning views out to Eigg, Much and the Cuillins of Rum and Skye.
DAY 3 - Arisaig
Clear blue waters and a sandy sea bed make this day like paddling in the Mediterranean, we spend the day rock hopping around the many islands and channels that make up this area. Our Sea kayak coaches develop the skills you need to excel in your sea kayak.
DAY 4 - Loch Morar and the coast line from Arisaig to Mallaig
We put your new skills into practice with a journey that has views of Skye and western isles that will blow you away. Beautiful sandy beaches in bays along the coast provide great spots to rest and eat lunch.
DAY 5 - Islands of Lismore and Shuna
Often we see Sea Eagles and Otters in this area as well as stopping for lunch over looking the castle made famous by Highlander movies Castle Stalker which sits on a it own island.
