"Just a note to thank you for a great weekend canoeing down the Spey. . .
. . . I think I'm hooked on doing some more of the same in the not too distant future!"

The aim of Full On Adventure outdoor training is to share the knowledge of expert qualifed guides with our clients. Our experienced instructors, coaches and guides will both develop your skills and inspire you in adventure. We run a wide range of courses but always use the specialists in the area of interest to you. Our guides hold the highest coaching qualifications in their specialist outdoor adventure field. We offer coaching courses by the day, week and even run a very popular ten week intensive instructor training course for people coming in to the industry. We always tailor our coaching to your learning preference, so whether you're taking the first steps in the activity or working towards becoming a professional instructor, we'll give you the very best tuition. We're so lucky to be surrounded by the Cairngorms national park, our base is in Aviemore near Inverness, so the natural resources of great white water rivers, mountains and the stunning Scottish coastline are all around us.
From your first few paddle strokes through to expert kayaker or canoeist, we have the natural resourses, the best instructors and the outdoor course curricula that are right for you. We're surrounded by great creeks, rivers and lochs and we're one of only a few specialist outfits with the most highly qualified BCU Level 5 Coaches on our team.

We live for mountain biking; our qualifed instructors have the skill, the local knowledge of the best trails and the coaching experience to take your biking to the next level. As well as MTB skills improvement courses, we run the Scottish Mountain Bike Leader Association's (SMBLA), Trail Cycle Leader (TCL) and Mountain Bike Leader (MBL) Awards.
We run more raft guide training courses than any other rafting company in Scotland. During our courses we try to raft as many different white water rivers as we can, making our's the most exciting and interesting and it means you'll gain a diversity in your raft guiding skills that will allow you to work around the world.
This is our highly regarded ten week instructor training course, combining 14 National Governing Body (NGB) qualifications with extensive adventure sport coaching by leading UK outdoor instructors and coaches. To work as a professionally recognised instructor and develop a properly paid career in outdoor guiding and coaching, you need to get the NGB qualfications to do so.
If you have climbed indoors, or never tried it, we run courses to teach you the skills you'll need from basics to leading, how to place protection and take your climbing to the next level. We use mountain venues here in Aviemore in the Cairngorms national park, or sea cliffs on the coastline east of Inverness. There are many great crags and mountain climbs across the Scottish highlands.
15 minutes from Cairngorm Mountain and only 30 minutes from The Lecht Ski Areas we can choose the best location for conditions on the day to give you a great day of snowsport. As Scotland's weather is unpredictable it's great to know you've booked with a company which offers alternatives like White Water Rafting, Mountain biking and so on.
Full On Adventure is at the hub of the winter mountaineering scene. Our courses cover the winter skills of avalanche awareness, ice axe safety, and advanced navigation. Our Winter mountaineering guides are qualified and have the local knowledge and experience to deliver the best Scottish Mountaineering courses.
