Now in its fourth successive year, the Full On Adventure Instructor Training Course (ITC) continues to offer the highest quality training and an excellent value way into a career in outdoor adventure instruction. Designed to provide training and qualifications in a wide range of outdoor activities we have chosen the National Governing Body (NGB) qualifications which will place our students in the strongest position to obtain employment in the Outdoor Education and Adventure Activity market place. The course is also designed to give you the skills, knowledge and inspiration to develop your own adventure sport skills and qualifications beyond the course and into new careers or outdoor lifestyles.

Our Staff hold the highest qualifications in their respective fields and have many years of experience working in National Mountain Centres, Outdoor Education Centres and Adventure Activity businesses. Our staff hold many qualifications which include British Canoe Union (BCU) Level 5 coach, Mountain Instructor Certificate (MIC), Winter Mountain Leader, Raft Guide Trainer, Mountain Bike Tutor and Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).

Our staff are chosen for both their experience and ability to coach our students as individual learners ensuring that course participants are best prepared and motivated to achieve their goals.

Whatever level of experience you come to our course with, you will leave having completed a large number of NGB courses and also a good understanding of the industry. The outdoor skills you develop will empower you to go out and gain the depth of experience and judgement that makes professional and safe outdoor instructors.
